This product was built to clean bulk unclean data from several sources of a customer to a cleaned set of data as per our standardized data in database known as Market Intelligence Database (MIDB). Thus the clients will now a list of cleaned records in the database that they can communicate and do their business. The customer can use the cleaned data to communicate with their end customers through eDM’s, direct emails, telemarketing etc.

The system also generating exception reports; these exceptions are now cleaned and then re loaded. So as and as the systems picks the data every time, the list of corrected records will be more, thus decreasing the unclean records

iMAR 1.5

The iMAR shall facilitate in sending an automated eDM email based on the identified PDD (Purchase Deal Date) prospect of the customer. This email communication is a time line based event triggering process based on the PDD of the customer. This process automatically picks the relevant image files from the eDM images library folder and builds the email templates for the event trigger and sends the email to the customer. It also handles the voucher information’s in the eDM email level, validity checking and awarding the offer to the customer.
